"Does this bus go to …?" Türkçede "Bu otobüs …'e gider mi?" demektir ve otobüse binmeden önce doğru hatta olunduğundan emin olmak için sorulan bir sorudur. Durakta ya da otobüs kapısında şoföre veya yolculara doğru hatta binilip binilmediğini teyit etmek için kullanılır; havalimanı, istasyon ya da kampüs gibi bir hedef söylenerek sorulur. Okunuşu "daz dis bas gou tu …?" şeklindedir. Örneğin "Excuse me, does this bus go to Union Square?" (ikskyuz mi, daz dis bas gou tu yunyın skver?) cümlesi "Affedersiniz, bu otobüs Union Square'e gider mi?" demektir. En yaygın hata "This bus goes to the airport?" demektir; doğrusu "Does this bus go to the airport?" biçimidir. Türkçede soru tonlamayla anlaşılabilir, İngilizcede ise soru kurmak için "Does" cümlenin başına gelir.
